Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Timeline

Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary once the package is in the carrier’s possession. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Heat Sensitivity Notice

Natural whipped body butters may soften or melt during transit due to high temperatures. This does not affect product quality or effectiveness.

If melting occurs, allow the product to sit at room temperature or in a cooler environment until it solidifies. Texture may change slightly, but the product remains safe and usable.

Melted products do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
